The Lifesize application allows you to create a host video conferences with ease, quickly and easily opening cloud-based video conferences between you and all of your colleagues. What's more, you'll be able to schedule calls ahead of time, quickly and easily finding times in your schedule to add slots for the call. You can click on your different contacts to add them to the call, inviting them ahead of time. Additionally, if you're on the go, you'll be able to access these calls completely hands-free. you'll be able to set up your meetings in seconds, adding people either within the app, or by sending them text messages or emails with the invite link. If you have a shared work calendar, you'll also be able to add the Lifesize meeting directly to the calendar.
